Easy and Compact
Designed for cutting marble, granite and similar stone, CR Easy is a solid, low maintenance machine, featuring high cutting quality and high-performance levels. Controlled by an NC interface it allows easy handling and programming. Compact and easy to use, it is very flexible with 3 linear axes (interpolated) and has a rotary head with manual tilting from 0º to 45º.
- Machine includes complete tilting table, laser cutting indicator and wireless remote control.
Features
X AXIS TRAVEL
The transverse motion is created with a gear motor with a pinion rack system along two linear guides.
THE HEAD
The head spins 360º. The movement is carried by a servomotor and gear motor shaft.
Y AXIS TRAVEL
The longitudinal motion is carried out along two linear guides through a servomotor and a gear motor shaft and a pinion rack system. The bridge travels on linear guides plated with oil balls, mounted on a tubular structure that guarantee good precision and high longevity.
Z AXIS TRAVEL
The vertical movement is ensured by a motor with brake and spindle coupled to a lead screw and nut system, driven by two linear guides.
